Site Manager
Lead site execution end-to-end — client coordination, safety, progress and site performance. Solar project experience required.
Mechanical Foreman
Lead mechanical crews on site — daily planning, structure installation, quality control and progress reporting.
Electrical Technician
Support electrical installation and commissioning works including DC/AC cabling, connections and related site activities.
Ramming Machine Operator
Operate hydraulic pile-driving equipment for solar structure installation. Relevant machinery experience required.
Skilled / Unskilled Solar Workers
Join field installation crews across mechanical and general site activities. Previous solar experience is an advantage but not required for every role.
